  • Why should I switch energy suppliers?
    Switching suppliers allows you to choose your energy plan rather than being assigned a rate by your utility. With options like price-protected fixed rates, renewable energy, and rewards you can enroll on the energy plan that suits your needs.
  • Do you charge any fees associated with switching?
    We do not charge any enrollment or switching fees when you select us to supply your energy.
  • Who will deliver my energy?
    Your utility will continue to deliver the energy you purchase from us through their utility-owned pipes, wires, and equipment. You will continue to receive the same service and reliability to which you are accustomed, but at the rate of your choice.
  • Who should I contact for outages?
    Contact your utility for outages or other emergencies.
  • How will I be billed for my energy?
    You will continue to receive one bill from your utility company. When you enroll, we will be listed as the energy supplier on the supply portion of your bill.
  • Should I expect any disruptions in service?
    There should not be any interruptions in energy service due to switching. We deliver the energy supply directly to each utility. The transition is invisible to the customer. The utility continues to maintain pipelines and wires, read the meters, and respond to emergencies, so the customer receives the same high-quality energy and reliability.
  • How do I sign up?
    Signing up is easy. Visit our online shopping page or call 866-568-0293, and one of our experienced customer service agents will guide you through the enrollment process, answering any questions you may have. There are no hidden costs or fees, and no minimum usage requirements.
